Foodex SA provides its services as a Process Authority, validating Heat Treatments (Heat Distribution and Penetration Studies) of the Canning Industries, Aseptic Systems (milk, juices, etc.) or Cooking process (shrimp, crab, etc.).

We provide the service of Plants Registrations on the FDA online system, and advise companies to comply with the National and International Regulations (FDA) and its new law in force FSMA / FDA (Haccp, Manual Preventive Controls, Food Defense Plan, Recall Procedure, Training, Supplier Evaluation).

We provide Technical Support prior or during an FDA audit. We also provide the Translator Service during the external audits, also Document Translation (HACCP manuals, Preventive Controls, Recall Manual, Food Defense Plan, among others).

Foodex provides its professional services to help Companies Register in the FDA Online System, we also provide the Product Registration Service at the FDA once the Heat Distribution and Penetration tests have been performed.

We carry out Thermal Studies (Heat Distribution and Penetration Test), for Cooking, Pasteurization and Sterilization processes. In Steam Retorts, Air-Steam, Waterfall, Spray Retorts, Cookers, Pots, among others. Products: Canned Food, Shrimp, Crabs, etc. We also validate Aseptic or Hot Fill Processes. In products as: Milk, Juices, Fruit Puree, among others.

We advise Food Industries to comply with National and International Standards (FDA), implementing the necessary control systems. We carry out Technical Support prior and during the Audits of International Organizations. We provide the Translator Services (Spanish-English) during the External Audit, and Document Translation (HACCP, among others)
